Hmmm? What part of the glass ceiling do you think involves women wearing respectable bathing suits and high heels as they float in water with a color scheme from an 80’s Trapper Keeper? Their heads are above water, so I guess they’ve broken through to a level of success that only an onslaught of florescent tropical colors can signify.
